You can take online bookings around the clock, accept payments, manage your team and their schedules, run marketing campaigns, collect reviews, and publish your own branded booking website. Can I try Orbyt before committing long-term?

Do I need any technical skills to set it up?

How do my customers book with me?
Every account comes with a hosted booking website and customizable booking forms. Your customers visit your page, pick the service they want, choose an available time using smart scheduling that respects your working hours and each provider's calendar, enter their details, and confirm. The booking instantly appears in your calendar and dashboard, and both you and the customer receive confirmation notifications. Customers can also manage their own appointments — rescheduling or cancelling within the rules you set — which cuts down on back-and-forth phone calls and no-shows.
What types of businesses is Orbyt built for?

What plans do you offer?
There are three plans designed to grow with you. Starter ($25/mo) is built for solo operators and small teams getting organized, and includes up to 3 provider accounts and the essentials. Growth ($55/mo) is our most popular plan for growing teams — up to 10 providers, advanced website builder, marketing campaigns, invoicing, the AI Virtual Receptionist, and more. Premium ($149/mo) unlocks everything: unlimited providers, unlimited campaigns, custom website builder, full API access, advanced reporting, multilingual support, and priority support. Every plan includes unlimited bookings, so you're never penalized for being busy.
Are there any per-booking fees?
No — and this is a big deal. Orbyt never charges per-booking or per-transaction platform fees on any plan. Many booking tools quietly take a cut of every appointment, which becomes expensive as you scale. With Orbyt you pay one predictable monthly price and keep 100% of what you charge your customers. Whether you take 10 bookings a month or 10,000, your Orbyt subscription cost stays exactly the same.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, you're never locked into a single tier. You can change plans at any time from your billing settings. Upgrading takes effect immediately and unlocks the new features and higher limits right away — perfect for busy seasons or when you add team members. If your needs change, you can downgrade just as easily. Your data and settings are preserved across plan changes, so switching plans never means starting over.
What payment methods do you accept for my subscription?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for your monthly subscription. All billing is handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners, which means your card details are tokenized and never stored on Orbyt's own servers. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle so your service is never interrupted, and you'll always have access to your invoices and billing history inside your account settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties — you can cancel your subscription whenever you like directly from your account. When you cancel, you keep full access to all your features until the end of your current billing period, so you never lose time you've already paid for. If you decide to come back later, your account and historical data are waiting for you.
Do my customers pay any extra fees to book?
No. Your customers book and pay for your services at the prices you set — Orbyt doesn't add surcharges or booking fees on top. You have full control over your own pricing, deposits, coupons, and (on Growth and Premium) cancellation fees. The only payment costs involved are the standard processing rates from your connected payment provider, exactly as you'd pay anywhere else.

Can I add my team or other providers?
Yes, and Orbyt scales with your team. Starter includes up to 3 provider accounts, Growth includes up to 10, and Premium is completely unlimited — ideal for multi-location businesses and larger teams. Each provider gets their own dashboard and calendar, and bookings can be assigned automatically based on availability. Growth and Premium go further with a hiring workspace to recruit and manage candidates, team clock in/out for tracking hours, team alerts, and full activity logs and history so you always know what's happening across your business.
Do I get my own booking website?
Yes — every plan includes a website builder so you get a professional online presence out of the box. Starter comes with the Basic builder, Growth unlocks the Advanced builder with more layouts and customization, and Premium adds fully custom pages with complete design control. Growth and Premium also let you connect your own custom domain and remove Orbyt branding, so the site looks 100% like your brand. Your booking forms are built right into the site, meaning customers can discover your services and book in the same seamless flow.
Can I take payments and send invoices?
Yes. Online payments are available on every plan, so you can collect payment or deposits at the time of booking and reduce no-shows. Growth and Premium add professional invoicing, letting you bill customers directly for services, packages, or outstanding balances. Those plans also support configurable cancellation fees, which protect your calendar and revenue when customers cancel last minute. Everything is tracked in your dashboard, and you can export your booking and payment data whenever you need it for accounting.
Do you have marketing and automation tools?
Yes — Orbyt includes a full marketing toolkit so you can fill your calendar and keep customers coming back. Every plan includes coupons. Growth adds marketing campaigns (up to 5), daily discounts, a referral and rating system, and automatic review requests that build your reputation on autopilot. Premium removes campaign limits entirely and adds an advanced leads module to capture, track, and nurture prospects from first interest to booked appointment. Combined with the AI automations on Growth and Premium, much of your follow-up and re-engagement can run without manual work.
Is there an AI receptionist?
Yes. Growth and Premium include the AI Virtual Receptionist along with AI automations. The receptionist can answer common customer questions, guide people toward booking, and help route enquiries automatically — day or night, even when your team is off the clock. This means fewer missed opportunities from after-hours messages and less time your staff spends answering the same repetitive questions. It works alongside your booking system so conversations can lead directly to confirmed appointments.
Do you support multiple languages?
Yes, to different degrees depending on your plan. Starter and Growth support one language for your booking page and dashboards, which is perfect for most single-market businesses. Premium is fully multilingual, letting you present your booking experience and internal dashboards in multiple languages at once. That makes Premium ideal for businesses serving diverse communities, operating across regions, or running teams where staff and customers speak different languages.
Is there API access and integrations?
Yes. Growth includes limited third-party integrations so you can connect some of the tools you already use. Premium unlocks full API access, giving your developers a programmatic way to connect Orbyt to your CRM, accounting software, marketing stack, or completely custom internal apps. With the API you can sync data both ways, automate workflows across systems, and build new experiences on top of your booking engine — turning Orbyt into the hub of your entire operations stack rather than a standalone tool.
Can I reschedule or cancel bookings?
Yes. Both you and your customers can reschedule or cancel appointments through the dashboard and booking portal, and you control the rules — for example how far in advance changes are allowed. Customers managing their own changes means far fewer phone calls and emails for your team. On Growth and Premium you can also configure cancellation fees, which discourage last-minute drop-offs and protect the revenue tied to that time slot. Every change is reflected instantly across your calendar and notifications.
How does scheduling and the calendar work?
Orbyt uses smart scheduling that automatically shows customers only the times you're genuinely available, factoring in each provider's working hours, existing bookings, buffers, and time zones. Everything lives in a unified calendar where you can view appointments by provider, day, or week, and manage unassigned bookings and drafts. Bookings can be scheduled automatically to the right provider, reducing manual admin. Because scheduling, payments, and notifications are all connected, a single booking flows through your whole system without anything falling through the cracks.

On top of direct support, every customer has access to this help center and, on Growth and Premium, the AI Virtual Receptionist can answer many common questions instantly.
Is my data secure?
Yes, security is built into every plan. All accounts include SSL protection, so data moving between your customers, your team, and Orbyt is encrypted in transit. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers, meaning sensitive card data is never stored on our servers. Access to your workspace is controlled through role-based accounts, so team members only see what they should. We take the responsibility of holding your business and customer data seriously and follow industry-standard practices to keep it protected.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Growth and Premium include an import tool that lets you bring your existing customers and bookings into Orbyt, so switching from spreadsheets or another platform doesn't mean losing your history or starting from scratch. And on every plan you can export your booking data whenever you want — your information always belongs to you. This makes it easy to run your own reports, back things up, or share data with your accountant.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains yours. Before cancelling, you can export your bookings and customer information at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period, giving you time to download anything you need. And if you return later, your account history is preserved so you can pick up where you left off rather than rebuilding everything from zero.
