Account Settings

  • Update Profile Information

    Change your name, email, phone number, and other personal details.

    Follow these steps to update your profile information:

    Go to Your Profile

    Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select 'My Profile' from the dropdown menu.

    • Some changes may require verification via email or phone number.

    • Your profile picture can be updated by clicking on the current picture.

    • Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

  • Change Password

    Update your account password or reset it if you've forgotten it.

Common Account Issues

  • I can't log in to my account
    First, double-check that you're using the correct email address and that Caps Lock is off. If your password isn't working, use the Forgot password link on the login page to reset it. If you originally signed up with Google, use the Continue with Googlebutton instead of a password. Still locked out? Contact our support team and we'll help you regain access.
  • I'm not receiving password reset emails
    Reset emails can take a few minutes to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder and search for messages from Orbyt. Make sure you're entering the same email you used to sign up, and add our address to your safe senders list. If nothing arrives after 10–15 minutes, request the email again or reach out to support so we can verify your account and resend it.
  • My account was hacked or compromised
    Act quickly: if you can still log in, change your password immediately from Account Settings → Securityand review your recent activity and team access. If you're locked out, contact our support team right away — we can help secure your account, revoke unauthorized sessions, and restore your access.
  • I want to delete my account
    Before deleting, we recommend exporting any booking or customer data you'd like to keep, since deletion is permanent. If you're on a paid plan, cancelling your subscription first stops future billing. When you're ready, contact our support team to request account deletion and we'll guide you through the final confirmation steps.
  • I need to update my email address
    You can update your email from Account Settings → Profile. For your security, changing your email may require verification via a confirmation link sent to the new address. Once verified, use your new email to log in going forward. If you no longer have access to your old email, contact support to verify your identity.
